AIGA Colorado and Art of Winter present a conversation on the creative process with Colorado’s own The Public Works and Moet Hennessy USA. Combine Veuve Clicquot, makers of premium champagne, and The Little Nell, a five-star Aspen hotel, and you what do you get? An on-mountain, mobile, pop-up champagne bar, of course! Aspen Skiing Company tasked The Public Works to design and built the bar in their Denver shop, transport it to Aspen, and work with ASC operations to have it towed by Sno-Cat to the summit of Aspen Mountain, at 11,200 feet.
This unique project couldn’t have happened without seamless collaboration of client and creative. Tonight we’ll explore the objectives and challenges of this complex project and hear how they created a “Champagne Oasis” experience within the brand parameters which has added to the Aspen experience while also driving global PR exposure.
This was the first project with The Public Works and Moet Hennessy working together and it has lead to a wide range projects that continue to inspire both client and agency.
